Talent Acquisition Manager
Senior recruiter, fully autonomous. You take mandates end-to-end: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, closing. Tech, Data & Product roles for startups, scale-ups, and agencies. Few missions, high standards. 50–70% of the success fee. No fixed salary, no hand-holding.
- ✓Experienced in headhunting (agency, RPO, or freelance)

Sales & Growth Manager
Build the commercial engine from scratch. Outbound prospection, closing clients, structuring the pipeline, optimizing the CRM. This is a builder role, no inbound to rely on yet, but solid references and signed clients to work from. Variable-only, uncapped.
