What we don't do

We say no to more than we say yes to. That's how we keep standards high

  • ✕Mass outreach. Every candidate we present has been personally screened
  • ✕Junior-only searches with no signal. If the role is unclear, we don't start
  • ✕"Let's try and see" mandates. We need a real brief, a real budget, and a real decision-maker
  • ✕Vague job descriptions. If you can't define the role, we'll help you do that first
  • ✕Clients who don't give feedback. Recruitment is a two-way process
