The challenge
Electra was growing fast in the EV charging space and needed to scale their Engineering and Product teams quickly. But they had no structured recruitment process, no dedicated TA resource, and hiring managers were spending 30% of their time screening candidates instead of building product.
Our approach
Full RPO engagement: we embedded inside the team as their dedicated recruiter. We audited the existing hiring process (which was mostly "post on Welcome to the Jungle and hope"), redesigned it from sourcing to offer, built scorecards for every role, and took over the entire pipeline.
We also challenged the original job descriptions. Two of the five roles were rescoped after our initial market mapping showed the original profiles didn't exist at the salary range offered.
The result
Structured recruitment process in place within 2 weeks. Full pipeline ownership for 4 months. Hiring managers got their time back. The team scaled on schedule, and the process we built is still running after our engagement ended.
